We ship worldwide.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS), using either Priority Mail or Express Mail. For international orders, we use either the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Please contact us if you would like us to consider shipping your items via an alternate carrier.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges will be displayed prior to checking out. They are dynamically generated based upon the total amount of your purchase, the weight of the package, and your delivery zip code. You will also be given the option to choose Priority or Express mail depending on how quickly you want your package to arrive.

All orders over $75 receive free Priority Mail shipping to U.S. addresses.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

Once an order is completed successfully, our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail with your order information. This confirmation is a written record of your order, so you may wish to print out a copy and retain it for your records. If you have completed an order but did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please notify customer service via the Contact page.

Your order will be shipped within two business days of your payment. Please make note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Mail is normally delivered to you in 2 - 3 business days. When your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail advising you of this fact, along with a USPS delivery confirmation number or a UPS tracking number.

You may also login and check your "My Account" profile for updates on the status of your order. If you still have any questions regarding your order, please contact customer service via the Contact page.

SALES TAX

As Earthen Apparel is based in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% state sales tax on all orders shipped to a Texas address.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Money order/Cashier's check - the items in your order will be reserved for seven business days while we await receipt of your payment. Once payment is received, we will ship your order without further delay. Please be aware that after seven business days without receiving payment, we may cancel your order and place the items you reserved back into sale inventory.

Pay Pal or credit card - your order will be shipped without delay.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Send us a cancelation request via our Contact page.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within seven days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent an incorrect item or if an item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style, or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value will be determined by the current retail price of the item.

Earthen Apparel does not offer free shipping on exchanges. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, except in the event of a mistake made by us with the original order. In the event that an order involved free shipping, any returns will have the applicable shipping charges deducted from the eventual refund. All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the cost of the item(s) only, and do not include shipping charges.

When returning items to us, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation feature, as we will not be responsible for items lost during shipping. Packages must be returned postage prepaid; we will reject any package arriving COD.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact customer service via the Contact page and supply your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with shipping instructions.

Please do not return merchandise to us without first acquiring an RMA, as this will likely delay the return or exchange process.
